Meet Dr. Melissa Rosenfeld
Dr. Melissa Rosenfeld is the founder and principal dentist of Oceanside Family Dental, where she has been delivering exceptional, personalized care to the Oceanside community since 1994. Recognized for her refined clinical skill and discerning aesthetic eye, Dr. Rosenfeld creates a dental experience defined by precision, comfort, and uncompromising attention to detail. She currently resides in Long Beach, reflecting her deep connection to the coastal community she proudly serves.
Dr. Rosenfeld earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed an intensive two-year residency at Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, NY, where she was selected as Chief Resident. She has pursued advanced postdoctoral training in Comprehensive Implant Dentistry at NYU, with extensive focus on both surgical placement and prosthetic restoration. Her continued education also includes advanced periodontal therapy training at Montefiore Medical Center.

Meet Dr. Zachary Goldsmith
Dr. Goldsmith is our in-house board-certified Periodontist and Implant Surgeon. He performs a wide variety of procedures including Scaling and Root Planing, Osseous Surgery, Guided Bone/Tissue Regeneration, Soft Tissue Grafting, Dental Implants, Sinus Augmentation, Surgical Extractions and Site Preservation, etc.
Dr. Goldsmith graduated Cum Laude from Queens College. He then attended NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top 5% out of a class of more than 400 students. He was also inducted into the prestigious national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
